- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the payment slip is found to be invalid or if no actual payment has been received.
- You acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any bank transaction fees (if any).
Pricing and Payment

- The Website supports payment via PromptPay QR Code only for payment collection and order verification. Refunds will not be processed automatically and shall be subject to the conditions specified in the Return and Refund Policy.
- Payment shall be deemed complete only when you have scanned and paid via the QR code, uploaded proof of payment, and the system has verified the payment as correct.
Product Delivery
- Delivery details, timeframes, and fees are subject to the terms specified in the Shipping Policy.
- We shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events or incorrect shipping address information provided by you.
- Once the product has been dispatched, the risk of damage or loss shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping service provider.
