Definitions
- The website rudedogonline.com shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Website”, “we”, or “our”.

Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and complimentary items (if any).
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional items, discounted items, or products clearly marked as non-returnable.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to the customer’s use.
- Products damaged as a result of improper use or negligence by the customer.
- Products that cannot be resold in their original condition.
Cases Eligible for Exchange or Refund
- If you receive an incorrect item, wrong color, or a product that is damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- You must provide supporting evidence for our review, such as photos or videos clearly showing the condition of the product and its packaging.
- After verification, if the issue is caused by our error, we will proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Return Procedure
- You must contact us through the designated channels to request a return before sending the product back.
- Once the return request has been approved, you must ship the product back within the specified timeframe.
- Return shipping costs:
- If the return is due to our error, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned product.
- The Website supports payments via PromptPay QR Code only; therefore, refunds will not be processed automatically through the payment system.
- In the event of a refund, we may contact you to request additional bank account details for the refund transfer. Such information will be used solely for that specific refund transaction.
- The estimated refund processing time is approximately 7–14 business days.
- We reserve the right to issue refunds only to the original account holder who made the payment and will not refund to any third-party account.
- We reserve the right to deduct any transaction or processing fees incurred during the refund process (if applicable).
Refusal of Returns and Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse any return and/or refund if the conditions set forth in this policy are not met, or if there is reasonable cause to believe that the return request is made in bad faith.
