Definitions

  • The website rudedogonline.com shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Website”, “we”, or “our”.

1. Business Days and Shipping Schedule

  • Our Business Days: We prepare and ship products on our business days, subject to the terms and operating days of each shipping service provider.
  • Our Holidays: We reserve the right not to process shipments on our announced holidays, which will be notified in advance on the Website.
  • Processing Time Calculation: Orders with confirmed payment received on our holidays or on the shipping providers’ holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

*Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date the parcel has been successfully handed over to the shipping service provider. Actual delivery times may vary depending on delivery location, weather conditions, shipment volume, or other force majeure events.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders with a minimum purchase of THB 290 or more (excluding in-store pickup).
  • Special Areas: If the delivery address is located in a special or remote area as designated by the shipping service provider, additional fees will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address.

4. Shipment Preparation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Preparation: We will prepare products for shipment within our business days after the system has successfully confirmed payment. If payment is completed after the cut-off time or on holidays, the order will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Tracking: Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, or you may check it through the “Order Details” page in your user account.

5. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right not to change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched.
  • In the event that a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, you agree to be responsible for all reshipping fees.
